The SM Boot camp is designed by combining  both theory and practical aspects of working as Scrum Master. It enable the participants with the required knowledge to confidentially attempt PSM 1 certification and at the same time understand the nuances of the role of Scrum Master through real time practical examples.

The training is distributed   across multiple days to help the participants easily understand the scrum framework as per scrum guide  which is the basis for PSM 1 exam.

The trainer is a practicing Scrum Master and Agile Coach with more than 10 years of IT experience in both India & Europe for Cognizant, JP Morgan Chase & Co , Deloitte etc . He had trained about 50 sessions in Scrum , Kanban , Design Thinking   and PMP. He earned various Industry recognized certifications including CSM, PSPO1, PMP, SAFe SA, ICAGILE – ICP-ACC, ICAGILE -ICP -CAT, AWS CCP etc.
